1. Agreement

By using services provided by Nothoi LLC ("Nothoi," "we," "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services

Nothoi provides private AI assistant and notification services, including automated SMS messages containing system alerts, briefings, task confirmations, and related communications. Services are provided on an invitation-only basis.

3. Eligibility

Our services are available to individuals who have been directly invited and who have provided consent to receive messages. You must be at least 18 years of age.

4. SMS Messaging Terms

By opting in to SMS notifications, you consent to receive automated text messages from Nothoi LLC at the phone number you provide. Message frequency varies but does not exceed 10 messages per week. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our services or attempt to access them through unauthorized means.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and materials provided through our services are the property of Nothoi LLC or its licensors.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nothoi LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

8. Modifications

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.
