1. Agreement
By using services provided by Nothoi LLC ("Nothoi," "we," "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Services
Nothoi provides private AI assistant and notification services, including automated SMS messages containing system alerts, briefings, task confirmations, and related communications. Services are provided on an invitation-only basis. No marketing or promotional messages are sent.
3. Eligibility
Our services are available to individuals who have been directly invited and who have provided consent to receive messages. You must be at least 18 years of age.
4. SMS Messaging Terms
Nothoi LLC sends private executive notifications: system status alerts, scheduled briefings, task confirmations, and scheduling updates. Message frequency does not exceed 10 messages per week. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
There are two ways to subscribe. Both are invitation-only. Numbers we have not invited are not enrolled.
1. Web form at https://nothoi.com/sms
Enter your mobile number and check the consent box (unchecked by default). The form stores your number and consent record. Invited numbers are then enrolled.
2. Keyword
Text START to +1 (313) 800-0822 from your own mobile phone.
After enrollment you will receive: “Nothoi LLC: You are now subscribed to Nothoi executive notifications. Up to 10 msgs/week. Msg&Data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel.”
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent. Reply HELP for assistance, or email support@nothoi.com. You may re-subscribe by texting START again.

5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse our services or attempt to access them through unauthorized means.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, software, and materials provided through our services are the property of Nothoi LLC or its licensors.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nothoi LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
8. Modifications
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.
